We carefully prepare each order like we would transplant one of our delicate perennials. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your gardening needs:

Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):

  • Flat rate fee: $12.95
  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking information

Free Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50):

  • Available for orders totaling $50 or more
  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Just as we carefully tend to our hardy ferns and TN Native Trees, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s how our return process works:

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging (like our landscape supplies)
  • Plant requirements: Live plants must show no signs of improper care
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns

Special Considerations for Live Plants

Our living treasures like pollinator-friendly shrubs and TN Native Trees require special handling. If your plants arrive damaged or unhealthy:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos sent to [email protected]
  • We’ll arrange for replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items

Some items, like our rare & unusual trees that need particular growing conditions, cannot be returned:

  • Opened Seed Starting Supplies (cannot be resold)
  • Personalized or Custom Items (such as specialty topiary forms)
  • Clearance Items (marked as final sale)

Step-by-Step Return Process

Follow these steps as carefully as you’d transplant one of our perennials:

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Carefully: Repack items securely, using original packaging when possible (like we do with our irrigation supplies).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (like sending the wrong variety of Japanese Maple).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx) and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchange Policy

  • In your email, specify the replacement item you’d prefer from our collection of TN Native Shrubs or other products
  • We’ll calculate any price difference and arrange the exchange
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability in our nursery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your landscape supplies arrived damaged or you received the wrong hardy fern variety:
