About Our Products

What types of plants do you specialize in?
At Sapling Pulse, we’re passionate about providing a diverse selection of quality plants including hardy ferns, Japanese maple trees, pollinator-friendly perennials, shrubs, and trees, as well as rare and unusual specimens. We also offer a special collection of Tennessee native plants and topiary forms for landscape enthusiasts.
How do you ensure plant quality during shipping?
Our horticulture experts package each plant with biodegradable materials that protect while allowing airflow. Root systems are carefully wrapped to maintain moisture without saturation, and we monitor weather patterns to avoid shipping during extreme conditions that might stress your plants.
What should I do if my plants arrive stressed?
Some travel stress is normal. Please follow our included acclimation guide – most plants recover within 7-10 days with proper care. If concerns persist beyond this period, contact our plant care team with photos for personalized advice.

Ordering & Account Information

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted channels to protect your information.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently, we send tracking information directly to your email when your order ships. We’re developing an account system for future order management – stay tuned!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Note that some countries have agricultural restrictions – we’ll notify you if any items in your order can’t be shipped to your location. International orders may incur customs fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, processed in 1-2 business days with delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch. Ideal for smaller, time-sensitive orders.

Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, processed in 1-2 business days with delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch. Perfect for larger projects when timing is flexible.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
While we can’t guarantee exact dates, you may include preferred delivery windows in your order notes. We’ll do our best to accommodate, especially for weather-sensitive shipments. Our priority is ensuring your plants arrive in healthy condition.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information the moment your order begins its journey from our nursery. This typically occurs within 1-2 business days after you place your order.

Returns & Guarantees

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date. If any item arrives damaged or fails to thrive, please contact us with photos and details. We’ll work with you to replace the plant or issue a refund – your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you offer plant guarantees?
Absolutely! We guarantee our plants will arrive in healthy, viable condition when you follow our care instructions. If your plant doesn’t establish after proper planting and care, contact us within the 15-day window for assistance.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We strive for 100% accuracy, but if we’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of what you received. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
